Yields for Ukrainian benchmark sovereigns saw a significant contraction last week after comments from ECB chief Mario Draghi about the launch of the central bank’s new Outright Monetary Transactions (OMT) program improved sentiments in the bond markets. Quotes for Ukraine-21s rose 1.6% to 100.8/101.5 (7.8%/7.7%), while Ukraine-16s inched up by 0.2%, finishing at 96.0/96.8 (7.5%/7.3%).
