Ukrainian sovereign Eurobonds opened the month of March on a bullish note, delivering a second straight week of upbeat performance. Long-term Ukraine-20s rose 0.5% to close at 106.3/107.1 (6.7%/6.5%) amid many more bids than offers. According to J.P. Morgan, the average yield on bonds sold in dollars by emerging-market sovereigns fell to 4.5% this year, its lowest level ever.
