Ukrainian bond yields saw a moderate decline last week amid European sovereign risk revision. We suspect that a drop in Spanish 10year bond yields to their lowest for almost six weeks helped to inject some confidence into Eastern European debt papers as well. Ukraine-21s increased by a solid 2.2% to close at 92.8/94.3 (9.20%/8.93%), and Ukraine-17s rose 1.1% to 90.3/91.0 (9.14%/8.95%).
